Em joined MBCA as the co-director of Film/TV scouting. She was previously at Creative Artists Agency where she worked as the Book Rights Coordinator, and prior to that at Sony in development at Doug Robinson Productions. She attended Syracuse University where she studied Television, Radio & Film and Women’s and Gender Studies.
